How to use
Yes, it is quite common to be anxious, you are not the only one. And yes, there are ways to help yourself calm the nerves, and no, there is no need for any medications. Here are a few simple steps:
1) Sit in a comfortable space and allow yourself to take 4 deep breaths. Ready?
2) Take a few drops of Home Shanti in the palm of your hands and rub them together for 4 seconds. Once warmed, apply it on the side of your forehead, wrist, back of the neck and behind your ears.
3) Now bring your palms close to you, gently close your eyes and take in the beautiful aroma. Take 4 deep breaths here again.
4) If you have the time, practise 4 rounds of Brahmri. (more on the website and IG @deepvara.official page)
5) Gently rub your palms, make a cup over your eyes and gently open them.
6) Smile, and feel the difference these 2 minutes make for you. :)
